Mountadam Cabernet Merlot

NV David Hook Wines Shiraz Pothana Belford Hunter Valley

CellarTracker Tasting Notes (all notes)http://www.cellartracker.com/wine.asp?iWine=485975&iNote=729593 [CellarTracker Tasting Notes (all notes)] rated 90 points: Deep purple red, pepper, hints of rasberries, soft ripe plums, blacberries without the usual earthy overtones of a Hunter Valley shiraz. This may be a NV but I had to restrain myself from pulling out one of the David Hook shiraz vintages, Great drinking.

Marc’s Musings: KWV Wine Review

Wine Country[Wine Country] The juice was fermented and matured in new French barrels for 6 months and left on the lees for another 2 months before being blended and bottled. This give us a wine with a yellow and bright colour, toasty, melted butter and citrus flavours and a creamy mouth-feel.

Cabernet Sauvignon 1999 - Kosher Wine Review
