Gourmets of Wine > A Wine and Food Experience
[CrushingGrape] The title of ”Wine Tasting was a bit misleading. What Casa Ludovico held was a cuisine and wine experience. Most wine tastings are pretty similar. [Morpheme Tales] NEW AND IMPROVED GYPSIES OF GRANADA BOOK PROPOSAL: He slept the balmy nights away in the Alameda de Hércules, he told us, his thin coat balled up under his head for a pillow, and, once or twice, in the bed of a partner. He ate cheap cakes and fruit from stalls and the occasional bowl of puchero, a Gypsy stew. This translates to an abundance of extra/over ripe banana's in our freezer. I was tempted to throw a lot of them out as they seem to be copulating and multiplying in the icebox to the point of severe annoyance.
[Vinography.com] Vinography: a wine blog: Restaurant Review: Sabaya, Cairo: One doesnt take culinary holidays in Egypt. When Ruth and I decided to go there on our honeymoon we obviously had something else in mind besides eating in fancy restaurants and drinking good wine (my few Egyptian friends even warned me about the wine, and suggested that I bring my own). However, being who we are, Ruth and I decided to explore the dining scene whenever we were someplace that wasnt the middle of the desert or a little village on the Nile.
