Jacobs was honored with this award for not only achieving such wonderful goals in her own community but for sharing how she does it with all her fellow executive directors at a state meeting and also for this year assisting in the 300-page program book by working with 25 counties to encourage them to obtain more sponsorship pages for the contestants which enables them to receive higher scholarships for their competition in Fresno.
