[CopperRose] CopperRose » August 15,2009-White: CSPC#0681056 A chardonnay that grew on me and Im inclined to rate it more highly but that will need to wait until a repeat tasting. It tastes almost wild-fermented with a nose of peach and a hint of well-ripened camembert. A lean wine of medium body,fruit driven,leaning into pink grapefruit and lime pith at the end. With food, think of grilled fish dishes. Well structured and intriguing.
