[Spittoon Extra.] Dinner: Prawns, stir-fried in a little avocado oil, a large douse of Amontillado sherry to form a sauce, and a generous pinch of Maldon Sea Salt to finish. Served with watercress and warmed homemade Ciabatta bread to soak up the juices and a glass or two more of Alpha Domus Chardonnay.
