Gourmets of Wine > Palatine Hills - Sauvignon Blanc 2003

[Grape Juice] Overall winner (I would say) of our favourite vineyard award during our last Niagara trip, Palatine Hills excelled both at red wines, and at whites, with a strong trio that I had the pleasure of trying. Sauvignon Blanc, while not typically one of my favourite white wines, is often the perfect sort of crisp, refreshing taste that mid-afternoon in the summertime demands.
