[Benjamin Christie Australian Celebrity Chef] One of the releases that stood out for me was the 2005 Penfolds Bin 407 Cabernet Sauvignon which consists of South Australian fruits from McLaren Vale, Padthaway, Robe, Wrattonbully and Barossa Valley. Developed by Penfolds former winemaker, John Duval the Penfolds Bin 407 Cabernet Sauvignon was developed in response to increased availability of quality Cabernet Sauvignon in the region.
