WBW #10 - Belle Pente Reserve Pinot Gris 2003
[Marta's Postcards from the Trail] I was intrigued to find out that the winery is located in Carlton. My uncle Chris lived in Carlton and my family spent several summer vacations visiting Carlton when I was in high school. This was back in 1971 just as the area was starting to plant grapes in the Yamhill Valley.
Some slightly related from Technorati and Google.
[Ambitious Aspirations] Marketing? Montblanc Keycase: The LTV means the amount of money that the client would generate for you through the course of his/her lifetime. Once you know that, you would know how much money can be spent on marketing to clinch each client. Wonder how many business approach marketing in such a manner.
[Mt.middlebury.edu] Aifuwas Blog: Cola Lacaye and Banana Soda Draft One: This routine was fun everyday but the real fun started when our aunts and uncles started coming home. They would bring us some treats or a new game or nothing and they would tell us their experiences at work. We would be a relief from their workdays and they would be like a new interactive game that taught us lessons about commitment hard work love and the importance of family.
[Chazsports.blogspot.com] Chris's Sports Blog: (In fact, that is one of my first memories ever. I remember the Challenger explosion from January 1986 and also the Redskins losing to the Giants in the NFC Championship Game 17-0 in January of 1987. I remember family things, like going to Disney World and Christmas mornings and birthday parties, but I think besides the Super Bowl Shuffle, Len Bias untimely death is my first sports memory of all time.)
[Dalythoughts.com] Daly Thoughts » Harold Ford Officially Enters ”06 Senate Race: His father and uncle have made a very bad name for the family and have reportedly used their status and power to get out of speeding tickets and worse. I personally hope Ed Bryant (my former Congressman) runs again this year since Frist is leaving. I think Ford will get the black vote, and the hardcore Democrat vote, but Tennessee is a conservative state overall. Ford or any other Democrat would have to stop the continuing trend of Southern Conservatives voting for Republicans.
