Gourmets of Wine > Who cares what wine smells like?

[GeekCook] The “nose” of a wine (simply it’s smell) reveals almost as much about the wine as its taste does and reveals much of a wine’s subtlety and flavor. While I will skip over what an experienced wine taster can expect to learn from the nose, i have pointed out things a novice (like myself) can look (smell?) for.
