Our cheese plate came with a great big bold Stilton (which I did not have to share as my wife hates the stinky cheeses) a really flavorful goat cheese rolled in honey roasted hazelnuts and a French port.

Electricdeath.comhttp://www.electricdeath.com [Electricdeath.com] [EED] Blog 868 - budget wine tasting night: Sainsburys offer a range of Italian wines (which in fairness have enough Italian on the label to convince your average punter that they weren't brewed in Putney) starting with the cheeky 'Nabocia' (£3.70 a bottle and spelling uncertain) which has a wierd purple top on it that was presumably designed to scream out visually from amongst the racks of neighbouring bottles. The first glass was actually not half bad, which I put down to the wine being cold and me still stressed from a shitty day at work.
