[The Wine Front] Moss Wood Amy’s 2007 : The Wine Front: I’m curious as last month at my monthly tasting group two bottles of 2004 Devils Lair Cabernet-Merlot under screwcap both showed an unpleasant amount of oxidation, and were ranked second last just ahead of two Pierro LTCF Cab-Mrelot CF bottles that were both slightly corked. I’ve seen some very positive reviews elsewhere for the Devils Lair and wonder if there are some problems with seal on some screcapped wines.
